Terms of Service

Agreement

Miuna ("the Service") is operated by Half Clever LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

What the Service does

Miuna records a sample of your voice, creates a synthetic clone of it, and uses that clone to generate mius — short audio pieces in your voice. The Service requires a microphone and an internet connection.

Your account

You sign in via Google or Apple. You're responsible for your account. One person, one account.

Your voice data

You own your voice. When you record a voice sample, we send it to our voice synthesis provider to create a voice clone. Your audio recordings and generated mius are stored privately and associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to clone anyone's voice other than your own
• Attempt to extract or redistribute voice models
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

Content

Miuna generates mius. We don't guarantee any therapeutic or medical outcome. The Service is not a substitute for professional mental health care.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service running, but we don't guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Half Clever LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll notify you of material changes through the app.
