Miuna is operated by Half Clever LLC ("we," "us," "our"). This policy describes how we handle your data when you use Miuna ("the Service").

What we collect

We collect only what's needed to make the Service work:

• Account info — name and email from your Google or Apple sign-in
• Voice recordings — the audio sample you record for voice cloning
• Voice clone ID — the identifier for your cloned voice, stored with our synthesis provider
• Generated audio — mius created using your cloned voice

How we use it

• Create and store your voice clone
• Generate mius in your voice
• Authenticate your account

We don't use your voice data for advertising, training AI models, or anything unrelated to the Service.

Third-party services

We use third-party providers for infrastructure, voice synthesis, and authentication. Each provider processes data according to their own privacy policies. We don't sell your data to anyone.

Our website

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address to contact you about availability, and we log your IP address for spam and abuse prevention.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure site usage and performance. It does not use cookies or other client-side storage and does not fingerprint visitors. We receive aggregate metrics only: pages viewed, referring site, browser and device type, country, and page load performance.

Because we do not track visitors across websites, our website does not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

Data storage

Your data is stored in the United States. Voice recordings and generated audio are stored in private, user-scoped storage — only you can access your files.

Data retention

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your voice data, generated audio, and profile information. We retain records of consent and deletion where we are legally required to keep them.

Your rights

You can:

• Access your data through the app
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Request a copy of your data

Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

We may update this policy. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. We'll notify you of material changes through the app.
